This one is worth a quick read. This week it was reported that a security flaw in the new OS update allowed for access to a user’s Mac without needing to enter a password. Experts used words like “embarrassing” and a “howler” given the nature of the exploit. A release has been made and the Mac devices should update themselves however, it’s worth checking.
Apple have released the following statement- “This morning, as of 8am PT, the update is available for download, and starting later today it will be automatically installed on all systems running the latest version (10.13.1) of MacOS High Sierra.”
