I have the pleasure in communicating that we have a new starter at Intalect who will be taking a lead role in our company. Dave Letts is our Technical Services Manager and takes responsibility for our Help Desk service.
With many years experience on the technical side of the industry Dave has worked previously as an engineer installing servers, firewalls and phone systems. More recently he has been a key member of IT staff at a large UK PLC where he cut his teeth in the management of software solutions and a large infrastructure.
