As Service Delivery Manager I am focused on developing internal processes and technical systems to constantly improve the delivery of services to our clients, along with managing our technical service team.
I have over 20 years’ worth of experience in the IT sector, with a mix of technical and management roles ranging from website development right through to large multi-site migrations and installations.
Outside of family time, my main passion is music. I’m forever trying to improve my guitar playing and enjoy playing with other musicians. I enjoy running to keep me physically fit, but my guilty pleasure of enjoying the taste of real ale does not always help that plan!
As the main Field Engineer at Intalect I can be mostly seen at customer sites representing the company through project work and regular site visit days.
I love spending time with customers understanding their businesses and fixing problems and developing their systems.
With a young family, my weekends are taken up spending time with them but on occasion I love to get down the football and have a few beers with my mates.
I am responsible for all aspects of the Intalect Office Administration including Accounts, Payroll, Personnel and Health and Safety procedures.
I am not in any way technically minded but I have a great respect for my colleagues that are and for the way that they can keep calm in very stressful situations in order to get our customers computer systems performing correctly.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family. I also enjoy sewing and knitting and various other crafts which I sell on my Etsy Shop.
I am an Account Manager/Engineer at Intalect and have been with the company since 2008.
My key responsibilities are to ensure that the issues logged by our customers get dealt with in a timely fashion and to their satisfaction.
I’ve always had a passion for IT ever since I got my first computer when I was younger.
In my own time I’m a Leicester City FC fan and love almost any kind of music!
I am an experienced IT Support Engineer and have worked for Intalect since August 2010.
I’m really keen on all things technical and enjoy problem solving and giving great customer service to our clients.
In my spare time I enjoy learning new skills, listening to music and spending time with friends.
