Gold Partners have qualified engineers who passed the officially certified exams set by WatchGuard and were taken under exam conditions in an official testing centre in the various areas of WatchGuard. In combination with Sales Certification.
Being a Gold Partner gives iNTALECT direct access to WatchGuard for enhanced assistance from a sales/presales angle or advanced troubleshooting issues for our clients with a faster SLA.
